70th Annual Chili Supper and Online Auction

We are excited to be continuing a long-standing Big T tradition with the 70th Annual Chili Supper and Auction Saturday, November 6th. This year you can grab your meal drive-thru style from 4pm to 7pm in the Big T parking lot. For $10, each meal will include your choice of meat or vegetarian green chili, corn bread, mac and cheese and pie! This year, we are also excited to add a virtual meal option, so friends and family from anywhere can support the Big T students and community. The Chili Supper and Auction at Big T are a staple that brings the community together each and every year to support the incredible learning opportunities happening at Big T Elementary School. In years past, we've seen over 500 people come through to share a meal, and raised over $20,000 to support things like EL Education, STEM & Nature Programs, reading programs, improvements to learning environments, events for families, teacher grants and more!

Big T PTA is one of Colorado's longest running Parent Teacher Associations representing Big Thompson Elementary School at the base of the foothills in Loveland, Colorado. This year marks Big T's 102nd Birthday and the PTA's 72nd Annual Chili Supper and Online Auction! This long standing tradition brings together current and former families, some that go back generations, community members, and local businesses to raise money to support Big T PTA and its beneficiaries.

Big T PTA supports the school's ongoing needs in educational programs, family activities and building resources. Last year, the Chili Supper and OnlineAuction fed more than 500 people and raised over $25,000! Big T PTA was also able to donate funds to the school to EL Education, to supplement Big T's STEM and Nature Curriculum. Big T is the only school in Northern Colorado to offer EL Education to their students! With 60 members to date, Big T PTA continues to work to support our little school in the country and offer family engagement programs.
