Aging in Place

Due to the increasing needs for home and community based services and stagnant funding streams, we are fundraising to help meet service gaps for our distinguished older Iowans and their caregivers, as well as adults with disabilities.

This Aging in Place event will impact individuals that we serve and the funds raised will be utilized for:
• Home delivered meals
• Emergency shelf-stable meals
• Home modifications such as ramps, railings, and walk-in showers
• Wheelchairs, canes, and walkers

Established in 1974, Elderbridge Agency on Aging is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization, one of six area agencies on aging in Iowa, and part of a national network of area agencies on aging.

This Aging in Place online virtual silent auction takes place from August 17 – 21, 2022. The funds raised will impact individuals that we serve and the funds raised will be utilized for:
• Home delivered meals
• Emergency shelf-stable meals
• Home modifications such as ramps, railings, and walk-in showers
• Wheelchairs, canes, and walkers
