About Our Auction

This pandemic has touched each of us in some way and has changed how we do and we see things. For over 40 years St. Paul’s Almonte has fed the community with a bountiful Harvest Supper, serving up to 700 plates. Many meals and a portion of all ticket sales went to the Lanark County Food Bank and those struggling with food security as well as to those at Interval House, an emergency shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Each year throughout November, our weekly sale of freshly baked tourtières saw line ups down the street. Funds raised at both of these events also went to support the Community Ministries of Ottawa which include St. Luke’s Table, Centre 454, The Well/La Source, Cornerstone Housing for Women and the Ottawa Pastoral Counselling Centre, all focussed on serving the most vulnerable people in Ottawa and the surrounding communities.

So though Covid has forced us to put these events on hold, we are still committed to Feeding Hope Together through this online auction community fundraiser and contributing once again to all these organizations that do such vital work.

About St. Paul's Anglican Church

For over 150 years, St. Paul’s has been welcoming people through its doors. Beautifully located on the north bank of the Mississippi River, it is a perfect place to come and sit a spell, inside or out. All are welcome in this place.

We acknowledge that the land on which we live and work and gather is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin people. May we all dwell on this land with respect, justice, and peace.
