About Heritage United Church
Hello Heritage Friends,
Thank you so much for participating in our online auction, which closes on Sunday night at 6 PM!
The Auction Committee wanted to be in touch with you before the auction closes just to review a few logistics:
1) When the auction closes, those with the winning bids will receive a confirmation email (Wahoo!)
2) You are invited to pay for your items either by e-transfer to Heritage United Church via tickets.huc@sasktel.net or via cheque which can be dropped off at our church office at the time of pickup. We ask that you arrange to make payment for your item(s) within 3 days of the close of the auction.
3) If you live outside of Regina and would like us to ship the item(s) to you, please send an email to ministry.huc@sasktel.net with your name and phone number and we will be in touch to discuss shipping options and fees.
4) You may pick up items at Heritage United Church on weekdays between 1-4 PM. PICK-UP'S START ON TUESDAY April 5th.
5) On Tuesday April 5th, there is an extended pick-up window between 1-6:30 PM so those of you with busy schedules are invited to get your items then.
6) If you have won a baking item (pie, cinnamon rolls, cake, poppyseed roll, puffed wheat cake) or perogies, you will receive a certificate for the item after you have paid for it. The baker/chef will receive your email address and then contact you to arrange for a pickup time so that your item is freshly made.
Please check your bids this weekend to make sure that you win that special item! Don't miss out on the fun of last-minute bidding!
And remember that part of the proceeds goes towards supporting the work of the Hospital Ministry, a very important UCC outreach ministry.
Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favour!
