Winter Soiree 2019

Welcome to the second annual OMMS Winter Soiree auction page! Please have fun and remember that all of your purchases are tax deductible. Our auction is open anyone in our community so please invite friends and family to view our site. Thanks for supporting Oak Mountain Middle School!

Online Silent Auction Rules:

1. The Auction will open on 2/21/19 at 12:00 pm and will close on 2/27/19 at 12:00 pm.

2. By bidding in the online silent auction, each bidder agrees to pay for the items if they are the winning bid.

3. Southern Post reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.

4. All auction item purchases are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be changed in any way. All items are AS IS.

5. Southern Post provides no guarantees or warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the item or service sold.

6. The last bidder at the time of auction close will be the winner. In the event of a dispute Southern Post will act as the final authority.

7. When the auction is over, winning bidders will receive an email from 32auctions. Payments will be accepted through Southernpostalabama.com, credit card or paypal only.

100% of the profits from this event are donated to Oak Mountain Middle School.
