Bid for the Build Art Auction

Join the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation (PECMHF) and our gallery partners for an exciting fundraising art auction – we are raising funds to bring leading-edge diagnostic technologies to our new County hospital!

The event has two parts.

1. The online 32auction preview allows you to view the work and bid on 85 different lots. It will close Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Please register the highest bid which you are prepared to make!

2. On Saturday, June 1, 2024, we will hold a live and silent auction at the Crystal Palace in Picton, ON. Only 300 tickets are available for this event.

3. Bids made via 32auctions will be carried forward to the live and silent auction. You might be outbid. Your top bid via 32auctions is not a final purchase unless the reserve has been met and there are no advances on the bidding during the live event.

4. You will be notified if you are the successful bidder within 48 hours of the auction closing.

5. Alternatively, if you cannot attend our event on June 1, please call us at 613-476-1008 ext. 4425 to register your absentee maximum bid on any of the lots.

The Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to raising funds to advance health care for the people of Prince Edward County and patients of the hospital.

PECMHF is raising $27M to help build a new hospital in Prince Edward County (PEC). The new 96k square foot leading-edge hospital is on schedule to open in 2027, with shovels going into the ground in the summer of 2024.

The new hospital will be an incredible example of what small communities need in a local hospital. It will have a 24/7 emergency department, diagnostic imaging, cardio-diagnostic services, 23 inpatient beds with ambulatory, laboratory, and dialysis services. It will also have state-of-the-art infection control and ventilation, wider halls for modern medical equipment and larger, more flexible rooms. Once it is built, our new hospital will advance healthcare in The County. It will be the most significant change to our local healthcare system since the first County hospital opened here in 1919.
