Cultural Fusion 2020

This annual event helps to fund recitals and provides financial support to our members who attend the Konkuru certification competition held in Okinawa every August. More importantly, this event helps us in our commitment to enrich lives and bring joy and happiness to the community by sharing our Okinawan Culture. Item pick-up is on Monday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 9 from 5 pm - 8 pm at the Senjukai Hawaii dojo (Manoa Japanese Language School, 2804 E. Manoa Road, 2nd floor). To schedule an alternate pick up time please email eskobayashi@gmail.com.

Tamagusuku Ryu Senju Kai Frances Nakachi Ryubu Dojo is an Okinawan dance school in Hawaii. Founded by Frances Nakachi Kuba Sensei in 1997, the school strives to perpetuate Okinawan culture through dance. There are approximately 30 students from 3 years old to 81 years young.

Our mission is to spread peace, joy and love through our heartfelt artistry of Okinawan dance Arts to the world one dance at a time.

Our vision is to enrich lives, inspire hope and bring joy and happiness to the community through our dance.
