About Our Auction
EPIC is raising funds to support our 47+ years of advocating for Northwest California's forests, rivers, and wildlife.
Bidding will begin online from Friday, November 1st at noon until Friday, November 8th at noon, and conclude in-person at Fall Celebration on Saturday, November 9th from 6-9pm at the D St Neighborhood Center in Arcata. The event will feature live music, dinner, libations, the silent auction, and a ceremony honoring Rob DiPerna with the 2024 Sempervirens Award for his lifetime of achievement in environmental activism. The Environmental Protection Information Center (EPIC) is a small but mighty, grassroots 501(c)(3) non-profit environmental organization founded in 1977 and based in Arcata, CA that advocates for the science-based protection and restoration of Northwest California’s forests, rivers, and wildlife with an integrated approach combining public education, citizen advocacy, and strategic litigation.
Live Event Information
EPIC's 2024 Fall Celebration will take place on Saturday, November 9th from 6-9pm PST at the D St Neighborhood Center in Arcata, CA. The gathering will feature dinner, libations, live music by the band Aloha 808, the live portion of this year's silent auction supporting EPIC's environmental advocacy work, and a ceremony honoring Rob DiPerna with the 2024 Sempervirens Award for his lifetime of achievement in environmental activism.
