FFAPL Literary Legends 2024

Literary Legends is the Friends and Foundation of Albany Public Library’s (FFAPL) most important fundraiser, recognizing the area’s significant authors and writers, and raising funds to promote literacy in all its forms within our city. Our 10th Annual Literary Legends Gala is honoring Karin Lin-Greenberg & The RED Bookshelf.

Our silent auction offers donated gift certificates from businesses for goods, services, or membership experiences in towns within one hour of Albany; and signed books and literary ephemera.

Literary Legends provides General Operating Support for FFAPL, providing for our personnel and business expenses, as well as providing funds for matching grants, special initiatives, and the Art at APL exhibition program.
