The Free Spirit Therapeutic Riding Association (FSTRA) is a registered charity located in Aylesford, Nova Scotia, that provides therapeutic riding lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities. Through connections with horses, we encourage acceptance, wellness and growth. We exist to be one of the leaders of positive development and overall wellness through innovative and inclusive programming.
