It Takes A Village - The Cross-Stitch Auction

It Takes A Village has truly been a labour of love from our friend, artist, Sylvia Tensfeldt.

In our community, we have countless talented members and one of them happens to be Sylvia. Sylvia continues to astound us with her selflessness to volunteer her time and craftsmanship. Sylvia is a talented artisan here in St. Albert, AB and if you think her name looks familiar, you might notice it from our 2019 Fundraiser “The Spirit Still Soars”. Well, Sylvia is at it again.

Over the past 2 years Sylvia has spent her time and energy creating the Village that YOU helped inspire. Each home, business or park was sponsored by a member of our community. To date, Sylvia has raised almost $10,000 dollars on this project for the ALS Society of Alberta.

Now is the time we've all been waiting for, the auction!

You could take home this beautiful village, and have a little piece of the ALS Society of Alberta family to yourself.

The ALS Society of Alberta is a non-profit organization dedicated to making each day the best possible day for people living with and affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). It is the only non-profit organization in Alberta that provides support to those affected by the disease, and also supports the national ALS research program.

The provincial office is located in Calgary and an additional office is located in Edmonton. The Society provides services in the Northwest Territories when required. The ALS Society of Alberta is a member of The Canadian ALS Alliance
