North Branch School On-line Auction 2014

The North Branch School operates independent of state funding and depends solely upon tuition, grants, charitable contributions and school fund-raising. This auction, in addition to several events throughout the year, help the school to offer need-blind admissions so that every student and their family, regardless of the ability to pay, can have the opportunity to become part of the North Branch community.

The North Branch School is a non-profit, independent school serving middle school age children (grades 7-9). The school is officially recognized by the State of Vermont and meets or exceeds all licensing standards. The school is a 501 (c) 3, tax-exempt entity.

NBS was founded in 2001 by a small group of parents and community members with a vision of creating an intimate place of learning for their young adolescents. Housed in a recycled 1850's farmhouse in a small mountain town in Vermont, these students are challenged to create an intellectually stimulating, emotionally vibrant and socially inclusive community of learners.
