RISE EXHIBITION

RISE an exhibition to benefit those impacted by the Australian bush fires. Artworks created using charcoal from the burnt trees as a medium.

All proceeds will be donated to the Rural Fire Service, BlazeAid, Fire Relief Run, Wires, Port Macquarie Koala Hospital, Wildlife Victoria, Kangaroo Island Wildlife Fund and LandCare Australia Bushfire Relief Fund.

Rise was created and curated by Refill co-founders Luca and Matty and is produced by Alfred with a lot of help from a lot of friends, no least Anna Hunt.

We have not been able to create this fundraiser and exhibition without the true partnership of our presenting partners, M&C Saatchi, NRMA Insurance, Mastercard and Google. We cannot thank you enough.

For the event itself, we want to call out our event partners who have gone above and beyond, donating so much of what they can as well as their time. Thank you to Eleven, TriPoint, Innovative, ProSet, Merivale, Sweet & Chilli, Crossguard Security, Future Classic, Page 38, Love Police, Hawkes Brewing Co, Diageo, Seedlip, Fever Tree, and Mike Bennie who helped curate the wine from fire affected wineries.

And of course, a massive shout out goes to all of the artists who have inspired us with their creativity and craft. We want Rise to bring people together, inspire them and affect positive change. And that's what all of these artists have already done.
