TLC Annual Silent Auction - Mulan

TLC is holding BOTH an online and a live silent auction. We hope our online auction will give those who cannot attend our performances of Mulan a chance to still participate in our annual fundraiser. We also hope that going online will give our community an opportunity to preview items and plan for live bidding and also purchase items ahead of time that they cannot live without!

TLC's annual all-school musical production and auction are our primary fundraisers. Please share our online auction link with your family and friends!

AUCTION DATES:
Online Auction: March 1-March 24
Silent Auction: March 29, 30 and 31 at Owen High School

HOW THE AUCTION WORKS:
Online Auction:
You can bid online from March 1-March 24.
Any items that are purchased online using the "Buy Now" option go to the person who purchased the item. (They will either be mailed to you or you can pick up the item at the school on a specified date, depending on eligibility for mailing and purchaser preference.)
Live Silent Auction:
Any items remaining in the online auction after the 24th will automatically move to the Live Silent Auction held during the musical. Any bid currently online will transfer to the Live Silent Auction bidding sheet for the Live Silent Auction. The highest bidder at the close of the Live Silent Auction at the close of our final performance intermission on Sunday, March 31, gets the item. You can take your item home with you at the end of the auction on March 31, or pick your item up at the school on a specified date.

The Learning Community School provides an outstanding education for kindergarten through eighth grade students. The unique needs of each child are met through experiential learning, visual and performing arts, outdoor education, service, and challenging academics paired with an emphasis on social and emotional intelligence. We create community with multi-age classrooms, a team-building curriculum that is integrated throughout each school day, all-school activities, and parent involvement.

Visit our live auction during any of our three live performances of Mulan, on March 29, 30 and 31 at Owen High School in the cafeteria across from the auditorium. The auction will be available for viewing and bidding, including the "buy it now" feature, during intermission and for a few minutes before and after the Friday March 29 opening performance and the Saturday March 30 evening performance. The live auction will again be available for viewing and bidding (without the buy it now feature) for a few minutes before the final Sunday matinee performance and during that intermission. The live auction will end at Sunday's intermission. A bell will sound 5 final minutes before all bidding ceases, near the end of Sunday's intermission. You may arrange a proxy bid for the final call bidding process.
