Victor King, born April 13, 2013, met his forever family 2 weeks later. Having been born 15 weeks early, his mom spent 3 months with him in the NICU. He finally came home to be with his family in July. His adoption was finalized on Nov. 4. We are still fundraising to pay off his adoption expenses.
