About Our Auction
Voices de la Luna is celebrating its 50th quarterly issue with a virtual gala and an online charity art auction featuring notable artists from the region, including Sylvia Benitez, Jesus Toro Martinez, Roberta Buckles, Michael Broshar, Paula Sussman, Robin Gara, Maria Oddo, Caroline Royall, Cesar Merida.
This auction is a chance to acquire significant art for less, and it's tax-deductible! Local artists support Voices for its more than a decade of commitment to poetry and art in the region.
The auction also offers a week in a luxury apartment in Berlin, Germany; fine wines, jewelry, signed books by local authors, and personal services.
About Voices de la Luna
Since 2008, Voices de la Luna has been the voice for literature and the arts in Central Texas. Beyond its quarterly publication, Voices offers arts and literary workshops in schools and libraries, visits places such as our local jails, juvenile detention centers, Lighthouse for the Blind, and Haven for Hope with cooperative sessions that help to heal people through reflection, self-expression, and the uplifting effects of the creative process. In this second year of the pandemic, we need the healing arts more than ever.
