An Evening of Art

The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation kicks off a month-long celebration of the arts with a Silent Auction from April 12 to April 17 featuring 30 Buy It Now jewelry items that are hand-crafted with a 4-H theme.

The celebration culminates with the “An Evening of Art” virtual auction on Saturday, April 24, beginning at 6 p.m. The virtual auction will feature 4-H performing artists, live auction excitement and a salute to our talented and creative 4-H youth.

Art created by talented 4-H artists as well as professional artists from Wisconsin, many of whom got their start in 4-H, will be offered during the online auction. Note that the dimensions of the pieces are available by clicking on the photos to see the art positioned next to a tape measure.

Proceeds from the event would be split evenly with half invested in the Talen Endowment for 4-H arts programming and half used for arts programming in the next 4-H program year.

The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation mission is to generate resources to invest in the positive development of 4-H youth. 4-H strives to develop life skills in youth to help them become competent and contributing citizens in the communities where they live now and in the future.
