Since 1974, Age Well has been providing older Vermonters in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties with the supports and services that reduce barriers by providing access to healthy meals, in-home care and community resources.

We are the largest provider of Meals on Wheels in Vermont, serving over 250,000 meals each year.

Meals on Wheels helps fight the three biggest threats facing our aging population: hunger, isolation, and loss of independence.
