Good Gravy! First-Ride Benefit Auction

About Our Auction

On May 3, the first public rides of Good Gravy! will take place during an invitation only media day event. Good Gravy! is Holiday World’s brand new family roller coaster, and bids are now open to win seats on the first public ride plus an invitation for two people to the event. Additionally, auction winners will take home first-ride certificates, two tickets to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari for a future visit, and will be giving back to a local charity.

All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit the North Spencer Community Action Center. This charity provides social services to residents in Spencer County, including food and clothing donations, healthcare, utility assistance, and educational programs.

Coaches 1 through 10 on the first public ride are available for bid. Coach 1 is in the front of the train and coach 10 is in the back of the train. Each coach accommodates two people (auction winner + guest). Riders must be 38” to ride with a companion and 48” to ride alone.

Auction winners must arrive to the park on May 3 by 6:30 am CDT. The first public ride is expected to take place around 7:00 am CDT. The event is expected to end by 12:00 pm CDT. Attendance is limited to the auction winner plus one guest. No additional guests will be admitted. Event date and times are weather permitting.
