Global Health Program Silent Auction

This Silent Auction will benefit the Global Health Program and its mission to bring medical care to nations around the globe

The WVU Internal Medicine Residency Global Health Team provides inpatient and outpatient medical care at risk populations across the globe including Guatemala, Ghana and Brazil and rural West Virginia. Teams of medical students, internal medicine residents and WVU faculty physicians travel to these locations to learn and provide care

The vision of the Global Health Program of West Virginia University is based on the belief that the world is a global community striving for improved health care for all of its members. The GHP supports a sense of connectedness that is built upon similarities countries share in health care needs and challenges. The GHP is committed to fostering collaboration between WVU and countries abroad in education, service, and research, and sharing the lessons learned in each location.
