Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice - HOSPICE HONORS AUCTION

Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice - Hospice Honors acknowledges and gives tribute to those who support and further our Hospice Mission. All funds raised from the banquet and this auction will directly benefit the Julia Quinlan Home for Hospice Endowment Fund. The fund was created to provide funds to cover under reimbursed and un-reimbursed care at the Home for Hospice. It was started with seed money of $100,000 from Lakeland Bank which was matched by organizational and community funding.

Our organization acts as an endowment to assure the sustainability of the Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Foundation DBA the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice. The Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice provides residential Hospice care for those unable to receive care in their own homes. We want to be sure that all decisions are made to the benefit of the patient and family without having to take into account whether this care will be fully reimbursed by Medicare or private insurance.
