LSHRM 80th Anniversary - Silent Auction

This year LSHRM celebrates its 80th year anniversary. Since 1940, we have been dedicated to expanding our programs and offerings to our members and our community. And now, it’s time to celebrate. Our celebration will be held virtually November 10th, 2020, 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and we hope that you will participate.

We ask that you make a commitment to support our event by making an item donation for our silent auction. All proceeds go to the SHRM Foundation. The SHRM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. The SHRM Foundation's mission is to mobilize the power of HR and activate the generosity of donors to lead positive social change impacting all things work. The Foundation is committed to elevating and empowering HR as a social force through its innovative solutions to workplace inclusion challenges, programming designed to inspire and empower the next generation of HR leaders, and awarding scholarships and professional development grants to educate and develop students and HR professionals.

Louisville Society for Human Resources Management (LSHRM) is non-profit organization that aides Human Resources Professionals, our members and our community to stay abreast on HR trends, legislations, professional developing and networking opportunities.

The Louisville Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is proud to be among the more than 575 professional SHRM chapters. The Louisville Personnel Association, as LSHRM was first called, was founded in 1940. The organization's name was changed to the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management (LSHRM) on July 1, 1992.

LSHRM is committed to excellence in the practice of human resource management and is Kentucky's largest professional human resources organization with more than 500 members; LSHRM is also affiliated with local student chapters. Chapter members are encouraged to join the national organization of SHRM, but national membership is not a requirement for Chapter participation.
