10:12 Sports is a non-profit based in West Baltimore, MD which provides mentoring opportunities and jobs for youth through athletics. The program leverages the partnerships of neighborhood institutions and leaders in coaching and mentoring teenagers ages 13-18. 10:12 Sports offers 30+ paid weekly jobs to teenagers and men involved in the sports program, weekly football/basketball games, community service opportunities, fitness training, and other sports-based outings/trips. 10:12 Sports aims to develop servant leaders, healthy lifestyles, and successful decision makers.
