Eagles Hope Transitions Fundraiser Part 2

Eagles Hope Transitions will be utilizing all funds raised to help provide a safe and sober environment for individuals in need of transitional and emergency housing.

Eagles Hope Transition is a transitional housing facility for homeless individuals and people in recovery in our county who have fallen on hard times. We were established in January, 2014, after a local homeless man’s tragic death due to hypothermia. Our facility is a direct result of this death. No one should die due to lack of shelter. Eagles Hope Transitions is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3).
