3rd Annual Buccaneer BINGO Night (Silent Auction )

On Friday November 15th from 4pm to 9pm the Xenia Community Schools Foundation is having their 3rd annual Buccaneer BINGO+ at the Xenia High School Cafeteria! Adults can come and play pull tabs, BINGO, enter to win raffles, and continue bidding on auction items. There is also food for sale. If you are interested in purchasing BINGO cards in advance, go to xcsfoundation.com and use PayPal, debit, or credit card through the “DONATE TODAY” option. Once you purchase, you can pick up your items purchased through the foundation at the night of the event or you can always pay at the door. All proceeds benefit the Xenia Community Foundation Classroom Grants Program and the XHS Music and Teater Program. Come help support this great cause and have a blast playing bingo and winning prizes or do some early Christmas shopping though our unique donated auction items!!

As part of the Xenia Community Foundation's Buccaneer BINGO+ night, a silent auction is conducted to raise money to support the XCSF Classroom Grants Program and the XHS Music and Theater Program. This is another fun and exciting way to win win win! Items are donated throughout the year and our auction coordinator acquires items of value to be auctioned off with the final bid happening at the live event. The online portion of this auction will end on November 14th at 6 pm EST. At the LIVE EVENT on November 15TH, the auction picks up again. Attendees may continue bidding on paper placed on clipboards to increase the final bid after the online auction ends. The live event is between 4 pm and 9 pm on November 15th. While you bid, you can play Pull Tabs, eat food, buy and place your raffle tickets into the bags, and PLAY BINGO! This is a fun-filled night of winning.
