ACleanWilsonCreek.org Fall 2023 Fundraiser

We are excited to host our 5th Fall Fundraiser Online Auction!

Since 2018, ACleanWilsonCreek.org has documented with the U.S. National Forest Service, the removal of 55,242 lb. of trash and debris from the Wilson Creek watershed and surrounding wilderness areas. Just this year we have removed 11,100 lb. of trash and debris.

Over the next month, we will both thank our many supporters, and ask for your continued help to continue our work. Today, we launch our popular online fundraising auction, with items donated by many local and regional small businesses. Stay tuned for upcoming events and opportunities for you to help us increase the public awareness and outreach of our ongoing efforts.

Wilson Creek National Wild and Scenic River begins as a small stream on the side of Grandfather Mountain, North Carolina, and forms into an incredible national treasure over the next 23 miles. We provide funding for weekly River Patrols that removes trash left by recreational users, and we also address abuse of this wilderness area from vandalism. We have a core team and a number of associates and consultants who help us with stream protection, conservation education, and community, state and local government outreach. We also have corporate/small business funding partners.
