About Our Auction

THE AUCTION is an important annual event at Albany UU. Not only does it raise critical funds for the church’s budget, it is an important way of building connections among members.

BUY NOW: All items are fixed price and first come, first serve.

To purchase items, you must have a 32auctions.com account. If you have purchased items on the 32auctions.com site in the past, you still have an account. If you see a yellow banner asking you to log in now or create an account and you are new to this site, click on create an account and follow the directions. If you have bought items in a previous auction, click on log in now. Enter your email address and your password. If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the directions for re-setting your password.

PAYING FOR ITEMS: An invoice is generated when you buy your first item. Any additional items purchased are added to your invoice. To view your invoice at any time, click on Account on the top menu, select My Items Won, and then select View Items. Once you have finished buying, make your payment by sending a check for the final invoice amount, payable to Albany UU, to Albany UU, 405 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12206. Put the Invoice # on the memo line of your check. Please send your check no later than May 20. Remember, if you do online banking, you can have your bank send the check by adding Albany UU as a payee. (We are not using 32auctions payment options because of the additional cost.)

COLLECTING YOUR ITEMS: If you have purchased an event at a specific time, make note of the date and time. The host will contact you with more information before the date of the event. If you have purchased an item, you must arrange with the donor a time and place to retrieve the item. Donors can retrieve lists of buyers of their event or item.
