About Our Auction
Outraged by the human rights abuses by ICE and CBP along the U.S.-Mexico border, and the recent white supremacist attack in El Paso? The books in this auction were donated directly by the authors in their support for the struggle for immigrant justice and human rights. If you are the winning bidder, the book will be SIGNED PERSONALLY TO YOU BY THE AUTHOR.
All proceeds from this auction will go to the Border Network for Human Rights, a grassroots nonprofit 501(c3) organization in El Paso that provides legal services and public advocacy for immigrant communities. Donations, including winning bids, are tax deductible. If you bid on a book marked "matched," the value of your bid will be matched by another donor.
"The Border Network for Human Rights general purpose is to facilitate the education, the organizing and the participation of marginalized border communities to defend and promote human and civil rights; to the end that these communities work to create political, economic, and social conditions where every human being is equal in dignity and rights."
If you are the winning bidder, use the PayPal link on this site to finalize your payment. You must make payment within 3 days of the close of the auction, or the book will go to the next highest bidder.
