"Thriving Together; To Make Ministry Possible"
Beth Berman was our church administrator when she was killed by her estranged boyfriend in 2007. Church leaders at the time decided the best way to honor her memory was to establish a fund called the Beth Berman Mission Fund. The purpose of the fund was to keep Beth's memory alive by honoring her mission statement to "Make Ministry Possible". The fund is primarily funded each year by the Beth Berman Dinner and Silent Auction.

The fund provides scholarships for youth and adult mission trips as well as funding for community projects in places around the world where MFUMC has developed relationships.

Learn more about our efforts to share God’s love with the people of Peru, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and of course Marietta.

The evening consists of a silent auction, multi-course dinner and this year our special guest speaker is Rev. Ken Cross who served as Associate Minister for Youth and Christian Education at MFUMC from 2003-2009. Ken will share insight into serving in ministry with Beth Berman and how her legacy of making ministry possible lives on through the church’s mission.

All proceeds provide direct support of Christ centered community development around the world.
