About Our Auction
Help support a great cause!
On May 9th and 10th, 2022, Chefs and Sommeliers from France and elsewhere — including our very own Team Canada will join together in Beaune to push themselves to their physical limits by participating in a test of cycling endurance that will see them covering 200km of Burgundy’s viticultural heartland.
A total of 100 participants will take part in this inaugural event, with the aim of each individual racer not to reach the finishing post first, but to take up the challenge and to raise a minimum of $30,000.00 as a team.
Bike to Care's Team Canada is proud to be riding in support of Femmes du Vin. Femmes du Vin (FdV) is a registered not-for-profit grassroots women’s organization, established in 2016. FdV promotes and amplifies the voices of anyone who identifies as a female in wine through continued education, scholarships, and mentorships. Its mission and vision are to inspire, educate, empower, and support all women in wine for a more sustainable, safe, and successful future for our industry. https://www.femmesduvin.org/

About Bike to Care en Bourgogne
An event in support of the hospitality industry.
Since time immemorial, Burgundians have stood shoulder to shoulder with those working in the field of international gastronomy. Over the course of the past few years, our friends in the restaurant business have been living through exceptionally challenging times. In order to thank them for their fidelity to our business, to support them, and to stimulate their continued interest in their business, we are launching a dynamic project that we hope will encourage industry solidarity.
The entire sum of money raised by the participating teams will be handed over to organizations working towards the training of up-and-coming young chefs and sommeliers.
