2024 Jail & Bail

 It's time for our annual Jail & Bail! As part of this exciting event, we are having an auction of exciting items that have been generously donated by members of our community.

All money raised from our auction will be going towards the operations fund for our animal shelter. This money assists in providing the necessities of life to the animals in our care, such as food, vaccinations, and medical care. 

Border Paws Animal Shelter, previously known as The Lloydminster & District SPCA, is an animal shelter that serves the Lloydminster and surrounding areas. We have been in operation for over 50 years, and over 1500 animals pass through our shelter doors on an annual basis!

Our organization operates solely on donations, municipal agreements, and grants when possible. Built on a foundation of hard working staff, volunteers, foster homes, and supporters, our goal is to help homeless animals in our community and surrounding areas find their forever home. By providing community support programs to address the root causes of animal overpopulation and homelessness, we encourage kindness and compassion towards all animals.
