About World's Largest Brat Fest
The World’s Largest Brat Fest began 38 years ago by Tom Metcalfe. The sons and family of Tom continue the tradition and cele"brat"e every Memorial Day weekend.
Come rain or shine, The World's Largest Brat Fest is held at Willow Island of the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI.
We cele“brat”e the start of summer with juicy Johnsonville brats, Boars head Hot dogs and Field Roast Veggie Brats nestled in a Village Hearth bun, smothered in Krrrrisp Kraut; Heinz Ketchup, Boars Head Mustards & Relish and onions, washed down with an ice-cold Pepsi, Capital Brewery Beer , Karbon 4 Beer, Ale Asylum Beer, Yahara Bay Vodka Lemonade, Yahara Bay Bourbon Old Fashioned, or Wollersheim wine, and finished off with a side of Chocolate Shoppe ice cream, funnel cakes and fun.
This is why we have a license to grill. Stop by and let us cook for you!
Obviously, Brat Fest is about eating brats, but more importantly, it’s about giving back to the community with proceeds benefiting the local charities that help staff the event.
More than $2,000,000 raised for local organizations since 1983!
With the cancelation of the 2020 Brat Fest Festival, our "Virtual Brat Sale" took place and thanks to the help of so many of you and thanks to our sponsors we were able to donate $70,000 back to the 2019 Charities that benefited from Brat Fest.
Proceeds from this auction will support Brat Fest and Charities moving forward into the 2021 Festival set for May 28-30th, 2021! #CaringNotCancelled #BratsForGood
