About Etobicoke Humane Society
The Etobicoke Humane Society (EHS) is an independent, all-volunteer, federally registered charity serving the Greater Toronto Area since 1987.
Our mission is to protect, care for and advance the welfare of animals
Our services are available for cats and dogs. We moved into our new, rented facility in April 2012, allowing us to offer on-site sheltering and adoption. Off-site fostering is also used to further expand our services for special needs animals.
EHS does not euthanize any animal due to lack of space, taking in only those animals for which we have shelter or foster homes.
