About Our Auction
This annual event takes place to kick off the new year by supporting Emporia Main Street and the many community projects we implement. Proceeds from the event will go to fund several of our public improvement initiatives. Event is Underwritten by PrairieLand Partners, Bank Midwest Mortgage/Chad Buchholz, and Paula Sauder. About Emporia Main Street
Emporia Main Street, Inc. is a non-profit 501c(6) organization. We are part of the National Main Street Program, which is designed to bring economic revitalization to communities with an emphasis on restoration and preservation of core downtown business districts. We work hard to make Emporia a great place to live and do business. We work with entrepreneurs to launch businesses, help existing businesses grow and create jobs, host or support over 35 community events each year, reinvest in downtown Emporia, promote our members and shopping locally, provide low-interest business loans, work to beautify and preserve Emporia's downtown historic district, and much more.
