Online Auction

The FSS Annual Online Auction is our largest fundraising event of the year. All funds raised go directly toward providing the best care possible for the rescued horses, donkeys, cows and chickens living in safety and peace at Free Spirit Sanctuary. Primary expenses include the cost of winter hay, supplemental feed and veterinary care.

Note, there are some wool-based donations in this auction. Although these are not vegan, they were generously given in support of the animals here at FSS. Everyone is at a different place in their journey and we honour that. It was felt that the most compassionate choice in this situation was to graciously accept the donations with the same caring spirit in which they were handmade and donated. These items have been identified under the category "Non-vegan".

Free Spirit Sanctuary provides lifelong sanctuary for domestic and wild horses, donkeys and mules, as well as a small number of farmed animals, rescued from abuse, neglect and slaughter.
