About Our Auction

Harry Ainlay High School’s Graduation Committee is fundraising to lower banquet costs for all of this year's graduates.

Online bidding begins on THURSDAY MARCH 12, 2019 at 9:00 am and ends on SATURDAY MARCH 14, 2019 at 9:00 pm.

PICK-UP: Items will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, March 17 between 4:00pm and 7:00pm at Harry Ainlay High School in the rotunda. Successful bidders must bring with them the confirmation email and photo identification.

If you bid on an item online and you are outbid, you will receive an email from 32auctions. You can make a "MINIMUM BID" or a "PROXY" bid (a maximum bid). PROXY bids are a good idea because you will not have to go back into your account and rebid all the time.

There will be EXTENDED BIDDING on items that receive a bid in the last 3 minutes of the auction. If there is another bid during the 3 minutes, the time extends again by 3 minutes. The latest this process will continue is until 9:30 pm. Extended bidding allows participants in a tight competition a few extra minutes of time to place their final bids.

We are doing our best to make graduation more affordable and allow all graduates and their families to celebrate their accomplishments during their time at Harry Ainlay! Thus, the Harry Ainlay Graduation Committee works to fundraise for all of the graduates of the class of 2020. Please help us reach our goal by participating in the auction! This auction is open to all families from Grades 10-12 and anyone within the community!
