About Our Auction

Kimberley Junior Public School Council- Parents Night Out Online Auction 2018

This is our largest fundraising event of the year. Funds raised will continue to help pay for visiting programs like Scientist in the School, field trip transportation, technology, sports equipment and classroom supplies. Additional and more specific efforts are being made this year on facilitating arts & promoting wellness (i.e. the recent Healthy Families Night that presented families with simple solutions regarding healthy habits, personal connections and screen time - all while kids dance and practice yoga).

All of our online auction items have reserves, if the listed reserve has not been met then the item will be brought forward to the Parents Night Out silent auction, on April 27th. Once there the last “online” bid will be the first bid. If no one else bids, you will get the item. This is to ensure we raise maximum funds for our kids and our school.

Please note we cannot issue tax receipts for any auction items, except the “donation” item, when 2 have been purchased (so $30). All other items are considered “benefits” for your payment. Any questions about this, ask us.

About Kimberley Junior Public School

Kimberley Junior Public School (GR. JK-06)
Originally Mary Street School, Kimberley Junior Public School is situated at the corner of Main and Swanwick Streets in East Toronto. October 18th, 1997 marked the school's centennial celebration. We are a small community school that promotes caring for, and support of, all individuals in our "family". Kimberley shares its facilities with Beaches Alternative School, which has four first-floor classrooms. The present building is comprised of two floors with a gym/auditorium which is shared by both schools. We also have two portables which are used by teachers as they need extra space. We have an expanded Gym and a new Library Resource Centre.
