Take A Look At How We Give Back!
Let's unlock generosity to benefit Kimokeo Foundation!
KIMOKEO FOUNDATION'S MISSION
Aloha! As we approach this giving season, Kimokeo Foundation is excited to host our 1st Annual Giving Tuesday Online Auction to raise funds to support our Maui non-profit organization. Our mission is to preserve and perpetuate the Hawaiian culture, its traditions, practices, and language and Maui’s environment and community’s health through education programs which benefit the people of Hawai‘i.
AUCTION DETAILS
Our auction launches on Giving Tuesday (Dec. 3, 2024), which is a day when the world unleashes their generosity and supports non-profits around the world by donating their time, talent and/or treasure, and will end on on December 8, 2024 at 5 p.m. HST.
Don't see something you'd like to bid on but would still like to help? You can still make a donation by clicking on the "Donation" button on our auction page.
OUR PAST ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Since our incorporation in 2015, Kimokeo Foundation has been making a difference in Hawai`i. Amongst many things, we have been supporting Hawaiian education programs on Maui, partnering with environmental education programs within Maui county, and providing health support for our elderly community through meals and cancer program partnerships. Last year, like many others, we responded immediately to aid Maui wildfire victims in their most dire times of need and we continue to do so today with the help of many generous donors.
Earlier this year, we reached a milestone and purchased a 2.7 acre property in North Maui. We plan to transform this into a Hawaiian cultural education center where our community can gather to learn about our culture and environment. Master planning is set to begin in spring 2025 and we need funds to make this project become a reality.
HOW YOU ARE HELPING WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR BID
Funds from our Giving Tuesday online auction will help Kimokeo Foundation financially start off strong in 2025 and will be used to advance our non-profit’s work and our master plan. So take a look at the exciting items that are up for bids and unleash your generosity this Giving Tuesday. Support Kimokeo Foundation! Mahalo!
