2023 NPT Sense of Place Exhibition & Auction

Nantucket Preservation Trust's annual SENSE OF PLACE EXHIBITION & AUCTION is a carefully curated exhibition featuring work by island artists and artisans inspired by or iconically associated with Nantucket’s unique “sense of place." Many of the items in the Exhibition were crafted specially for this event.

The annual week-long Exhibition is available for viewing at historic Sherburne Hall, 11 Centre Street, from 10 AM - 4 PM on weekdays, excluding Thursday, August 10th.

On Tuesday, August 8th, join us for an exhibition celebration reception at 11 Centre Street, from 5 to 7 PM, catered by Lemon Press.

Bidding begins on August 7th at 10AM EST and ends on August 14th at 5PM EST.

Funds raised during the Auction support Nantucket Preservation Trust's mission to preserve, protect, and promote the island's unique architectural heritage and sense of place through education, advocacy, and preservation action.
