OMAFA & OMRA's Silent Auction for Federated Health

Each year, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness and the Ontario Ministry of Rural Affairs join their sister ministries in the Ontario Public Service to participate in the Federated Health Charities Campaign, raising funds for 21 charities providing patient services and support, medical research, and health education in communities across Ontario. For over 40 years, Federated Health Charities has been a major contributor to the fight against life-threatening diseases and life-changing conditions that will affect nearly three-quarters of all Ontarians during their lifetime.

All funds raised through the auction will go to Federated Health Charities.

The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness helps to build a stronger agri-food sector by investing in the development and transfer of innovative technologies, retaining and attracting investment, developing markets, providing regulatory oversight, and providing effective risk management tools.

The Ministry of Rural Affairs helps enable rural Ontario to build strong, vital communities with diversified economies and healthy social and environmental climates.
