Hockey Fights Cancer - Prince Albert Raiders

The Prince Albert Raiders will be wearing specially designed Hockey Fights Cancer jerseys on Friday October 4th when they host the Everett Silvertips.

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society. Those funds will then be used for the Travel Treatment Fund so that more people impacted by cancer in Prince Albert feel supported.

On average we know that Canadians are spending $260/month on out-of-pocket expenses related to their cancer diagnosis. The Travel Treatment Fund allows low income individuals to get reimbursed for expenses related to having to travel away from home for treatment, appointments, etc. by covering the cost of fuel, parking, accommodation, etc.
