The Pride in the Hills Fund at the Connecticut Community Foundation is a charitable organization that, through grants to nonprofit organizations, aims to celebrate and improve the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) people in Greater Waterbury and the Litchfield Hills for generations to come. The fund's founders are Deborah Fuller, Christopher Herrmann and Kevin Jennings.
