REPRO Gala 2024

We’re building political power for pro-reproductive freedom Virginians and working to ensure every Virginian can make the personal reproductive decisions that are best for themselves and their families, without stigma or political interference. This includes preventing unintended pregnancy, having healthy pregnancies and births, and choosing safe, legal abortion.

Through our community organizers around the Commonwealth, our campus outreach programs, and our online platforms, we’re raising awareness about the state of reproductive healthcare access such as abortion and birth control access, and sex education. We're educating and mobilizing activists to make a difference.

Welcome to our annual fundraiser in support of REPRO Rising Virginia Foundation 501(c)(3) work!

** You do not need to attend the auction in person to participate! Please look closely at the item descriptions; they will indicate if an item must be picked up the night of the gala. Most of the auction items, however, do not require your presence in person, and can be mailed or emailed after the event.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. Take a look at all of the items in the auction catalog. Each item has a description, a photo, an estimated value, and a starting bid. Save time by doing this before the auction opens.

2. Register for a 32Auctions account. Setting up an account on the user-friendly auction platform takes only a few minutes. On the catalog home page, enter your email address and look for an email that 32Auctions will send to you. Click on the link in the email, and put in your first and last name, and create a password. And that’s it! On May 19th you can participate in the auction and bid on any of the items!

3. Turn on text notifications (optional). We recommend you take this step so you can be notified if you are outbid on an item – so you can return to the item and bid again! To do this, navigate to Account > My Account > Edit Account. Enter your phone number and check the box for “Send me outbid notifications.” Check your phone for the verification code and plug it in. Now you’re all set to get the latest updates on your bids!

4. Start bidding! Bidding will run from midnight on Sunday, May 19 through 8:30 pm on Thursday, May 30.

5. Did you win? Congratulations! You’ll receive an email advising you that you’ve won your auction with a link that will take you to the auction page – where it will give you the opportunity to pay for your auction through PayPal. (In most cases if you want to enter a credit card you can do so without creating a PayPal account, but things may go a bit more quickly if you already have your PayPal account set up). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has gone through.

6. At the end of the Gala……..Upon exiting the ballroom look for the table that lists the number of the item that you won. One of our volunteers will confirm payment (we may want you to show us on your phone!) and we’ll hand you the item that you’ve won. If you’re not at our Gala, simply pay and we will get in touch with you the next morning.
