The Standardbred Retirement Foundation is a 30 year old, tax-exempt, non-profit created to care for, rehabilitate, and secure lifetime adoption of non-competitive racehorses, to ensure their proper care with follow-up, and to combine the needs of youth at risk and these horses in therapeutic equine programs to benefit both.

~ SRF is different...helping young, aged, injured, neglected or abused; feeding and caring for more than 400 horses, and providing a lifetime permanent home for 190 unadoptables; and securing their safety with lifetime follow-up for every adoptable horse never to be at risk again.
