About Our Auction
The School of Visual Philosophy is dedicated to advancing art education. One of the ways we do that is with a wide variety of holistic art classes. At this time and place in the world, it is especially important to consider the myriad ways students learn, how they gain access to education and how they speak the language of art. This year's Benefit Auction will partially fund our "Dialects of Art" program we are creating to address the ways artists approach their subjects from multiple points of view.
Each piece sold will also benefit the artists themselves with 50% of the sales going directly to them to use for their practice as they see fit. The artists and instructors in our stable are the way we stay connected to our community and how we listen to their voices- how they guide us in these various dialects.
Your support for this auction is necessary for us to continue our mission of providing professional level art courses, cultivating our creative community and integrating technology with fine art. You can show your support by purchasing the art for sale, donating directly to the Dialects of Art fund, or by becoming a Continuing Partner through a monetary gift.
Thank you for joining with us to make art and artists a priority in our culture.
