St. Augustine Catholic School 2024 Online Auction

PLEASE READ FOR INSTRUCTIONS:

The St. Augustine Catholic School online auction is the primary annual fundraiser for the school! https://staugustinecatholicschool.com/

A proxy bid allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item. Rest assured, your maximum proxy bid amount is never exposed to anyone other than you during the online auction. If two or more proxy bids are entered for the exact same amount for an item and the highest ending bid, the winning bid goes to whoever entered the proxy bid into the system first. Proxy bids are date/time stamped when they are made and again if they are increased.

An exact bid is the amount you want the item's current selling price to jump to immediately. Your bid amount will not change as additional bids are entered on the item.

Extended bidding will be an option for all items. If there is a bid in the last three minutes of the auction, an additional three minutes will automatically be added to the closing of that item. This process will repeat itself until no additional bids are received in the last three minutes for each item. Extended bidding final closing time is based on last-minute bidding and may differ for each item.

If you receive the winning bid for an item, you will receive a notification and an invoice. If you want to make an additional donation, you can add that amount to your invoice total.

We would like to avoid paying as many fees as possible. Payment features will not be turned on in the 32auction system. Payment options include:
Cash or Check: Send to the school office. Make checks out to St. Augustine Catholic School. Please include the auction item number(s) with your payment.

To pay with a credit card, use our PayPal or Venmo accounts.

The funds raised from this event go directly into a special account that is used for special items or projects for the school such as technology upgrades, playground equipment, or improved learning environments. This approach positively and directly impacts the students and teachers and students while helping to minimize increases in tuition.

St. Augustine Catholic School Mystery Dinner will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024. The online auction and dinner are annually combined and the largest fundraiser for the school. Thank you for being here and for your support.
