About Our Auction
In July 2015, Trevor Kling was diagnosed with Anaplastic Astrocytoma, or brain cancer. He received his first chemo infusion on his 12th birthday, August 19, 2015. When all was said and done, Trevor had been through 49 radiations, 17 months of chemo treatments and 3 brain surgeries.
During that time he participated in both bowling and baseball as much as his health allowed. After having a port put in, his baseball participation was limited, BUT he was able to continue to bowl competitively while undergoing treatment! Trevor qualified for Junior Gold in 2016 while bowling in his first ever Mile Hi Tour event, and was also invited to be apart of the U15 Team USA Qualifier. While Trevor struggled during his Junior Gold appearance, he was ultimately awarded the Boys U12 Sportsmanship Award!!!
During Trevor's battle, he only missed one day of school because he was too sick or tired! He finished middle school with a 3.87GPA.
Please help us in keeping Trevor's memory alive, with your support of our youth bowlers!
