Welcome to our Tricks & Treats Fall Gala Silent Auction! Our gala is on October 26th at the New York Academy of Medicine in New York City, but if you can't come, you can still support our work by bidding on our fabulous items! The auction closes at 9 AM on Thursday October 26th, and then goes live at our Gala from 6:30 - 9 pm the same day. Don't worry - if you can't be at our gala you can still bid by proxy.

HUNGRY KIDS NEED HEALTHY FOOD

The Coalition for Healthy School Food (CHSF) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that promotes plant-based foods and nutrition education in schools, to teach the whole school community about the effect of our food choices on health, the environment, equity, and other social justice issues.

At the Coalition for Healthy School Food, we believe that Hungry Kids Need Healthy School Food. That's why we partner with the New York City Office of Food and Nutrition Services, and other school districts to add healthy plant-based items to the cafeteria menus. But that's not enough. We work to educate the whole school community: the students, parents, teachers, teacher assistants, administrators, and food service workers. We also create educational resources and do outreach through statewide and national conferences.
