The Silent Auction is the main PTSA fundraiser for the year, and helps to fund student activities, programming and awards throughout the school year.
NEW THIS YEAR: THREE different ways to acquire that item that you want!
ONE: Online and in-person auction at the Bulldog BBQ on Tues Aug 21! – bidding is available now online until 12 pm Aug 21, bids will then be frozen and these items will be converted to in person bidding in the WHS library from 5-7:00 pm. We will close from 7:00-7:15pm to determine winning bidders, then open at 7:15pm for winners to pay for and collect their items- if possible, please stay to pay via check or credit card and take your items home that evening. Certain large value items that do not meet a "reserve" bid of 75% of their value will be moved back to the online auction for additional bidding through Aug 27th (see below). Payment will be by check to WHS PTSA or via credit card with 4% transaction fee

TWO: Can’t make it to the BBQ? No problem- we also have a variety of items in our Online auction that will be available until the auction closes on Mon Aug 27 at 8:00 pm. When browsing the auction, look for items marked “Online only”. Payment will be via credit card with 4% transaction fee.

THREE: Can’t make the BBQ and don’t want to deal with bidding? We now offer BUY IT NOW for every item. Click on BUY IT NOW and it’s yours! Some high value items have discounts of 15-25% if you choose to BUY IT NOW. Payment will be via credit card with 4% transaction fee.

Item Delivery: Large items will be available for pick up in the WHS main office through Sept. 7. Remaining small item (gift cards) will be mailed.
