About Our Auction
Dear BC Nature Lover,
The Wilderness Tourism Association is committed to the preservation of 'Super, Natural British Columbia'!
We speak up for wild salmon, demand protection of precious forests, advocate for changes to antiquated legislation and we ask that government treats tourism on par with other industries. Our members see themselves as stewards of the lands and waters upon which they operate. Wilderness Tourism protects and restores BC’s wild spaces and wild species (wolves, wild salmon, cariboo, bears) and serves as a sustainable economic enterprise. Learn more about the WTA here: https://www.wilderness-tourism.bc.ca/
Our members have generously donated some incredible experiences so that we can raise funds to increase our advocacy efforts and execute on our strategic plan.
Thanks everyone. Happy bidding!

About Wilderness Tourism Association of British Columbia
The Wilderness Tourism Association of British Columbia (WTA) is non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure a sustainable future for BC’s wilderness tourism industry through leadership, advocacy, stewardship, education and marketing support. We believe that wilderness tourism is a viable and sustainable economic enterprise, and that BC’s wilderness tourism community must have a strong voice in determining how the lands and waters upon which they depend are planned and developed. The WTA is dedicated to the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA) and we are committed to fostering responsible tourism in our province.
